Style sheet missing?

On the Themes page of our site, we have the following error:  

betheme-premium-wordpress-theme.disabled

Stylesheet is missing.

How can we fix this? What does it mean? The site seems to be just fine.

If I click Appearance -> Themes - it's on the bottom of the page. TI shows this:

Broken Themes

The following themes are installed but incomplete.

is this the latest version from themeforest?

Yes, this is the latest.

You are probably trying to install wrong package. The right package is betheme.zip. Please read the documentation http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#installation where we explained how to install theme properly. In same documentation, you have some video tutorial in the very bottom.
