I had to uninstall the cache plugin awhile ago so i don't have one and I cleared my cache last night just to make sure and looked at it on many different browsers.
I have to disable woocommerce for it to happen, I need this site working so I cant disable it. Also I noticed once that happened my responsive logo isnt working the site is www.phoneamommy.com can you see why the responsive logo isn't coming up as well, thank you.
Please enable WooCommerce plugin then because right now, menu seems to be fine.
In reference to logo, we suggest to disable all extra plugins but if this won't help, you need to remove all theme files and upload latest version because we've noticed that there is no code being loaded responsible for logos and it doesn't look like original theme version.

this is mostly cause by the cache plugins users install.
Please disable it and also delete the browser cache.
