how to resize the background image in responsive mode

hi, I would like to ask how to change the background image in responsive mode? like the browser can shoe the full width image in desktop mode, but will crop some content in mobile, please take a view from the below image,

Hi,

sorry but you cannot change it, you can edit the background image and in the style tab change it to contain this will make the background resize showing 100% of the image all times.
