How to fill Header with logo?

I am frustrating about how with CSS I got to fill my header with logo. I tried many layouts, but even the closest one has this issue - white pixel row above the logo. How using CSS I gonna fill the header with logo at least by height? Header is used to be 60px heigh, but when I upload logo with such heigh, pixel row is still present. Need your help.

I meant this white stripe 1px height, this is very annoying
