Can't see 'blog' as a template option in the template dropdown?

As shown in the screen grab below, I don't see any blog options in

Hello,

this is not set this way. To set a page as the main blog page, go to theme options>blog,portfolio&shop>blog and set the page there. Also go to settings>reading and set this page as the default posts page and choose a static home page
