I had chosen this setting Apprence>BeTheme Options>Header&Subheader>Layout>Overlay Menu

The website for this menu layout, the submenu not appear when I click the parent menu.
How can I solve this kind of problem.

Hi,

Overlay header is kind of simple menu and it does not have submenu items included. Within this header type, you can display only main menu items.

how do you increase the font size of the menu items?

You can change it in theme options>fonts>size&style
