Scroll stops on video section

I have the Agency 2 theme - and on my site, I have 2 YouTube videos I used.  When slowly scrolling down (or up) the site, if the mouse rolls over the video preview section, it stops and you have to move the mouse off the video preview section before you can continue scrolling up or down.  Any fix for this?

I have v. 20.3.  I thought that was the most recent version. ???

I think it is the scroll plugin, please go to theme options>addons&plugins>addons and change the scroll plugin. The nice scroll plugin is the cause.

I changed it to Browser Default - but still doing it - maybe a caching issue now - I'll try again later.  Thanks.
