Slider not working on Mobile

I'm using the Layer Slider, but it doesn't seem to show up on Mobile. Am I overlooking a setting?

If the Layer slider doesn't work on mobile, are there any other options? I'm need to break up the header and the body somehow. It is very blue if I'm not about to.

I've tried it on an Iphone and Adroid and it is not showing up. I flushed the cache also. If I can't get it to show up, is there anyway I can show an image instead on mobile? This is very important to the person I;m building it for.

I've tested it on this site and it shows up, but on actual phones, it doesn't.

I updated it. It still isn't working. Slider is not showing on the phones I'm testing out on.

I'm sorry. I mean it is Slider Revolution. Works on computers, but is not visible on Mobile. I've tested it on an Iphone and Android and isn't showing up.

The slider should be between the two blue sections. I'm not sure if I'm overlooking a setting. If I can't get the slider to show up, can I at least put a picture there somehow? I just need something to show up on mobile, so I can complete the project.
