None of the premium plugins will install.  I deactivated and reactivated my license to see if that was the issue.  I started to deploy the site in AmazonAWS but decided to host it locally instead so I deactivated it in Amazon and then reactivated it locally in house.

Okay it was there, but I accidentally removed my user from the sudoers group and hosed my install. Instead of booting to single user mode and fixing it easily I wiped and re-installed.  Will it give me problems using my key since I did not remove it before I wiped the server?

I think it might have been that I didn't have php curl installed?  just realized that.  I'll let you know when I get it running.
