Slider Revolution not working

Im not sure if you cover this but I cant seem to update the slider revolution. Nothing will select and I cant change the text.

If there's anything I can do let me know:

Hi,
Please first update the theme to the newest version (20.3)
Since your version is old, we recommend to make a backup first.
Try to go to your FTP server and remove the theme folder completly. Then install the newest version and update the plugins.
If you have any third party plugins that did not come with the theme please disable them because they might be the reason as well.
Also check what version of PHP have you got installed on your server, increase it to 7.0, you may need to contant your hosting prodiver to do that.
