description on gallery lighbox

On the latest version of Be, we want the gallery lightbox to display the image description as a caption under the image, but can see no way of doing this?

On the previous version we were ablate do this using a little bit of Java, but the lightbox has now changed.    

Is there a simple way to add this functionality again.

Hi,
please first go to theme options>addons&plugins>addons and check the option to show captions, see screen: http://prntscr.com/fvm6id
Then just edit the image in your media gallery and set the ALT text.

Why are you using the Alt Text and not the description?  I've amended my imaged to have the description in the Alt Text now, and made sure the option is ticked but it is still not showing in the light box.  https://www.experience-mor.org/holiday-cottages-wales/penmynydd-uchaf-newport/
