Is there a way to back up the site without suing third party plugin. I wanted to back up the text file and save in notepad

eg: home page maid by Muffin builder if I want to backup where I can edit the html elements

Can you explain it once again with more details? Because we have no idea what back-up you exactly mean.

back as in wp back-up , back up of all database and pages , post, images etc

Hi,

To make backups you can use built-in WordPress tool. Please go to dashboard and select Tools > Export
Unfortunatelu builder elements are editable only from the Muffin Builder.
