Cannot install licensed version of Visual Composer

I bought Visual Composer. When I go to Appearance > Install Plugins > Visual Composer > Install I get the following error:

When I go to Wordpress > Plugins > Add New and add the zip, I get the error:

The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found. Plugin installation failed. 

Let me know what I'm missing. Thanks

As the error clearly states, the plugin exists. So please first remove the plugin and then install it.

You are showing me betheme>install plugins, go to plugins. http://prntscr.com/fwpqse

You may need to go to your FTP accou8nt and remove this manually.
