Hi, when I run the theme update, I'm getting the error below:

An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.

Hi,

do you have the theme registered under the right domain? You are getting a 404 error when we check your domin registered under your key. Please sort your domains and license keys.

What website did you register this key? Please send a link.

It should be registered to https://www.experience-mor.org  but we also have a development site for this website at http://staging.experience-mor.org  and I may have registered it there first.  

When I go to https://www.experience-mor.org/wp/wp-admin/admin.php?page=betheme   

I see the message below, so I'm not understanding what the problem is?

If you duplicated and moved the website when the theme was registered then you have to deregister the theme on both domains and then register again.
