Spam send from our website

Hello,

Today we got a message from our provider that our ite was sending out spam, iot was infected.

They gonna solve it for us, but they say it was this script doing the bad job:

public_html/wp-content/themes/betheme/functions/importer/demo/be/asg/processor.logs.php

Any idea how this is infected?

How can we remove the demo, assumiong the demo is the poroblem 

We have more sites with BeTheme.
