Unable to register theme on test site

I have already used the liscense for the website I am building. I am trying to install the theme on a new testing website in order to upload a theme, and get the page code so I can export a certain style from a certain theme, and then import it into my website. Can you send me a code to register a theme? The website will not be published and is only for testing purposes. Please e-mail [email protected] The current website is on chasedaddy.com/test

No sorry but this is not possible. And you do not need to register a new license to move a website. Just deregister the old one and move the site to the destination, there you can use the same key, or a new one.
