Any way to control results of "Related Posts"?

Hi Guys,

Is there any way you can tailor results (i.e. tags) or customise related posts?

At the moment its all very "Recent".

Sorry but this is not possible, you can only controll how many are shown.

Those are just the posts that are in the same category.

That makes no sense, because you can use multiple categories.

Yes, then it will compare categories and choose the posts with the most similar categories.
