taxonomy filter error multilingual

I have a problem when i exclude a category in theme options, the error is this;

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home/xgamern/public_html/wp-content/themes/betheme/functions/theme-functions.php on line 217

This could be appears when the taxonomy isn't on other lenguaje, but i can´t make 2 taxonomis with the same name in diferent lenguajes. i realy want to filter the blog with tags and multilingual.
