Auto-Update 20.4.2 dont works

I get the failure that the update 20.4.2 has no file in it. i cannot make the update.

Hi,
You have used a duplikator or some other plugin to move the website and you forgot to deregister it on the old domain. Please deregister the old theme, then the new one, and register it again.

I cannot deregister the theme. I got following message: Referer domain is different than registered domain. Please contect us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page. I have two licences. One on nolimitshoes and one on mkispert. I use the nolimitshoes licence for my testside.

what can i co know?

Please deregister the old domain first, not the new one.

Hello!  Im having a Theme Update problem as well. Getting the below error message when trying to update to 20.4.3.1.

"An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files."

I already de-registered from my testing environment (set with MAMP) and registered on the actual domain.
