Mouse-over Color Change Animation No Longer Working

Hi, there:

The mouse-over animation on the blog post lists has stopped working, but I didn't do anything to the settings. I looked online for support but came up empty. Can you help?

It still works on your University Demo Page for "Latest Posts" on the side menu as it changes from white to maroon: http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/university/8/

Here is one of our blog posts where the animation from white to blue is not working: http://www.southhills.edu/south-hills-graduates-61-students-for-spring-2017/

Note that it should also be doing the color change animation in the "Press Releases" widget in the footer, but it quit working, too.

Some of the colors must be changed via custom css, but mostly the colors are picked thru the theme options>colors. If you want your page to have the same colors please choose the custom color option.

If this does not work for you, please send us a link to the page in question and we will change it with custom css.
