Is is possible to make a secondary menu that doesnt disappear in mobile version. Thank you!

Where would you like that menu to be and what header style are you using. Do you have an action bar?

Hi, 

Something like this one I did http://209.95.39.148/~gpndevs/gforce/ I want to have a secondary menu under the main menu. this one fits perfectly but my problem is that I want the main menu to be beside the logo but when in mobile it disappears and the menu under the logo stays. Is there a way to show also that menu in mobile version?
