Did not install WooCommerce at first and specific sections do not show up now

I dont want to use WooCommerce on the website Im working on but I wanted the full demo ....so I did not install WooCommerce plugin before installing Demo content. I did install every other plugin.

Attached are 2 screenshots... my site now and what the original demo looks like. How can I get this section back ?

You need to install woocommerce and then install the pre-built website. There is no other way.
