As you can see in my blog I put an image, but I want that image to go below the screen and not up like this at the moment.

I want the photo to come out after the list of blog entries and not before.

how can I do it?

Sorry but this is not possible. It would have to stay like this.
You can try to change the display order in theme options>global>advanced
