Different hook on different pages?

Hello -
In order to have something display on the page I need to enter a shortcode in the Global -> Hooks -> Content before (mfn_hook_content_before) box. The problem is, this displays the hook on every page, including the homepage. I would like to control which pages the hook (shortcode) should appear on. How can I define this? The site is www.theleader.properties.

sorry but this is not possible. It will display on all pages.
