required and optional plugins

After installation and registration of Betheme I don't have the posibility to istall required and optional plugins.
I navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins and install but I don't see pluins which I can install.

Do I do something wrong here, can someone help me?

I have checked the version, installed is version 20.4.4 and i get the message this is the newest version. But anyway I don't see plugins which I can install.
Do you have a further hint, what is the problem?
