On http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/splash/ you mention that BeTheme is "RESPONSIVE & RETINA READY".

Could you please explain how the theme is Retina ready?

I.e.:

Does it use CSS image replacements?

Is there active code in the theme that supports Retina?

Does the browser get the choice to load the correct images?

Hello,

In the backend, does the theme automatically convert retina-images to low-res files? Or do we need to use a Retina-convert plugin?

In the frontend, does the theme recognize Retina in the browser of the visitor to automatically display Retina images?

The images do not get converted, only the logo has the option to upload a retina version.

What do we need to do to make sure Retina-images display on Retina-screens and low-res images display on regular screens? Do we need to upload every image in 2 sizes?
