URL problem - two URLs have the same page content

I didn't create two pages, but in the front page, the following URLs have the exact same page content.

http://fitness.appsoliloquy.com/特約廠商/消費/

http://fitness.appsoliloquy.com/特約廠商/消費/1893/

The first URL is created by me. If I changed any content of first URL, the second URL's content would be changed automatically.

I want to delete the second URL, because I want to create page which using this URL.

I don't know the reason which cause this situation, please help me.
