I already use one demo but not the same, and I want to keep it for the other pages.

recreating whole pages on another pre-built website will not be possible due to the styling.

What exactly do you want to recreate?

You can always install this pre-built website locally and see how it is done.

As I said, you would have to install the theme locally and import this pre-built website, then use the import/export tool to have the same layout. But remember that the images and video must be replaced since your installation does not have those media files included.
