How to center the content of the website

Hello guys,
i cant find out how to center the content on my website. I want to have some white space on the left and right sight of my content.
Here is my current Website: http://www.cryptohome.de/
In this case my content is the picture in the middle and the stats of the currencies.

you can change the grid width in theme options>global>general.
Is this what you want to do?
