No WYSIWYG editor in Text Blocks
From what I can tell, none of your tools have a WYSIWYG box in the editor. Is that correct? Every text/content box only allows me to add shortcodes and some HTML formatting tools only. Can't you change the editor box for your tools to have a more user-friendly WYSIWYG editor?
The only other option I see is to completely ignore your tools and only use Visual Editor. Is that correct?

we have an item called 'visual editor' where you can use the editor. Have you tried that?
