Menu is almost doubled after scrolling

Hello,

how is this error that the menu is scrolling, twice as high, see red circle in the screen https://prnt.sc/glftcy.

The logo you see in the menu is small, so can not cause the line break.

And why is the logo not shown in the view on the left.

when I disabled your custom css everything went back to normal, please check it.

good work. The CSS, however, I have from one of your colleagues, after my menu was left-aligned and I would like it centered.

At the moment the own CSS looks like this:

#top_bar .menu> li {

display: inline-block! important;

float: none! important;

}

body: not (.header-simple) #top_bar #menu {

width: 100%! important;

}

#top_bar .menu {

text-align: center! important;

}

#Top_bar .menu_wrapper {

width: 100%! important;

}

What can you do, so that the menu as mentioned above does not scroll twice as high, but additionally the menu centered?

Please first remove that custom css, save it to some txt file.
