Shop page asks for WooCommerce installation

Hi When i go into my setting to customize my shop page, the theme asks me for woo commerce installation but i already have the woo commerce installed. Please see the attachment https://imgur.com/a/J5VUO

Im not sure how i should fix this issue. I cant remove my woocommerce since i have added so many products to it. plzzz help.

This is standard woocommerce-wordpress functionality. Betheme only has some options in theme options>blog,portfolio&shop>shop but most is set in wordpress alone.
