I prefer to place heading of a post within editor instead of subheader area. (PS:my content is in wp editor not in muffin editor). But this cause to repeating header twice on blog list and search results. one coming from heading second in the excerpt?

then why dont you remove the heading from the editor and just use the main title?
We do not see where the problem is exactly.
