How to use Prettyphoto in the Featured Image of the Posts
It seems that in the latest versions of Betheme you have removed Prettyphoto as one of the Addons & Plugins available to configure on the "Betheme Options". I don't know if you can tell me the way to make prettyphoto works on the "Featured Image" when you add a new Post, like in older versions.

Sorry but this is not possible, the plugin was replaced and we cannot bring it back.
