Hi, the demo that I chose is "Yoga" but only the home page was included. I want to add a store to the site, but there are no additional pages setup with it. Is it possible for me to install one of the other one click demos without losing the yoga theme?

it does not have any pages because it is a one-page website.
We do not recommend installing a pre-built website on top of another one, but you can always try.
