Hi, I recently faces a few problems with Betheme. After installing it in my main domain for the first time - kennytoo.com. The theme works but with a few smaller issues. After i installed the demo theme parallax and trying to customise it, I realise I couldn't change the main photo regardless of what I do. 

After attempting to change the url via the database, it erases all my content on the main page that i've worked on for a week. 

I tried re-installing the same theme and it's giving me the error of, unable to download the selected theme.

Then a few attempt, I delete the database, all files (including wordpress) and did a clean installation. Now, I'm getting this error message. 

I suspect this issue is due to the new domain with www.kennytoo.com. How can I fix this ?

Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: kennytoo.com
