Click on Post goes to external link

I need some little support for my website:

www.level05.ch

You can find the part "Projekte", i will bring the user to an external site (the external link i entered in the post settings).

Is this possible?

please set your single post to "link" , see: http://prntscr.com/gnfdh5
then scroll down and set the external link in the page options

ok thanks. 

but how can i show the postimage as well? 
it will be replaced by an image of a link
