Hi guys, 

in this website i have to change the header opacity, i think 50%. And to remove the white lines between the menu voices.

To remove the lines please go to theme options>menu and disable the borders between items.

To change the background use this css 

.header-plain #Top_bar {
	border:none !important;
	background:rgba(0,0,255,.5) !important;
}
