Weird text at bottom

I'm getting a weird text at the bottom of my pages

"//]]>"

I have a feeling it has something to do with me adding the custom JavaScript for my facebook share buttons to work. If I remove all my custom Javascript, it goes away.

Is there's something special I need to add when I add a custom JS?

even just an empty script gives me the issue

I'm just copy pasting the Java SDK from facebook.

it could be some plugin, in the code I can see it could be some facebook code.

But even if I have an empty "<" script ">" "<" /script ">"  it gives the same error.
