Full width photo in a column/page

If  you look at this page, you will see a large image down near the middle of the page - I want this photo to be full width of the column, but it is indented and I want it to be flush on the left/right sides, I don't want the blue background to show on the sides of it.

How can I add this photo and make it full-width??

This will be not possible with the column.
What you need to do it to place a section in between and then edit it. Set the image as a background with a parallax for example and add top and bottom padding to make it taller.
