You need to fix this asap! For customers like I that use this theme on an ecommerce basis this security risk is very bad. This needs to be fixed ASAP!

there is nothing to fix since these files are not included with the theme.
If you are planning to develop your website on localhost then please secure it better since you have a virus or some sort of malware on your PC.
