Title on Shop pages hide under the the Menu

it looks like you are using the fixed header. Please try to add Content padding, in theme options>global>advanced

If you want to use a fixed header then please either use:
1. A subheader, it will create space under the menu
2. Minimalist header, theme options>header&subheader>header
3 Use a classic header style and a sticky option.
