Hi,
Go to theme options>blog,portfolio&shop>portfolio and adjust the related projects settings there.

okay i already done that but also it can not be shown i do not know why ?

The related portfolios are done by the same categories, you must have not set proper categories to the portfolio projects.

Can you please also try to disable all plugins?
Make sure that plugins and the theme are up to date.
