Background menu colour and background Contact box colour

I am trying to change the background colour of my menu bar to dark blue and cannot find the option to alter this.  And also the back ground to the contact box to either white or a shade of blue.  I have already removed the picture from the background but there is still something there.

This color can be changed in theme options>color, you should find it under top_bar or top_bar_left colors. The contact box should also be changed in color option of the theme.
