"READ MORE & RELATED POSTS" Changing Language

Hello,

I want to change the text on single posts on the bottom where the related posts, my website is in Spanish but this texts are still in English.

I need to change the texts "RELATED POSTS" and the text of the button "READ MORE"

Hi,

you can try in theme options>translate.

Also changing the wordpress default language will change most of the text.
