Image Gallery show wrong pictures

Hey guys, 

I've got a problem with the "Image Gallery". 

I choose six photos but on the website are seven pics. 

Image Gallery take the background ob the website automatically in the gallery...can anyone help me?

can you please first try to update the theme to the newest version and disable all plugins?

I've got the newest version, i bought it Friday and installed it Saturday. 

All Plugins are disabled, problem still there.

Image Gallery show all the Images, but I only want six of them.

I see 13 images, please edit the gallery and change the number of the imgaes there. Please send a screenshot from the backend so I can see the gallery settings.

I got it.... apples safari browser was the problem... with firefox it works!!
