I was not able to do a update with the Betheme om my webb. It sayd: The update failed: The package could not be installed

Why is that?

    Hello,
    have you moved the website? This message popups up when you did not deregister the theme before moving it. Please go to your old domain and deregister the theme, then go to the new domain and deregister the theme once more, after that register it again on the new domain.
