Is there anywhere where there is step by step video tutorials. I've read the documentation but have no idea how titles of pages show with revolutions slider. e.g. BeFix templates - where can I edit the title element and the padding / background image?

Do you mean to use Subheader (title + breadcrumbs) on pages with Revolution Slider?
