Page Scrolls Up When Closing Popup on Mobile

Hi,

I am facing this jumping issue when closing the popup either by pressing the close icon button or clicking outside the area. The page jumps to the top and the user have to again scroll down. It should stay on the same position instead of jumping to the top. I am facing this issue on (iOS, Android) mobile devices. 

Please advice.
