I  have inserted HTML 5 Video on slide, when the page loads, there is a cover image that flashes before the video loads. I’d like to eliminate that image from displaying before the video loads, how should I do? thank you

Hi I track this image and remove it, but the cover image is still there. 

it is said 'Cover Image needs to be set for videos' when I tried to save the slide without a cover image.

Sorry but we do not offer slider customization, we only keep the slider working with the theme and this is caused by some settings in the plugin. Please send a link to your website and show this slider.

This is the path to the image:

It is the default bg image fo the slider, you have to find it in slider settings.
